How to Start and manage Group Courses with a Group Leader.

Step 1 : Register – 

Step 2 : Verify Email and activate your account.

Step 3 : Login to your account –

Step 4 : Create Group and purchase Seats. Go to page below


Step 5 : Type desired Group Name, Total Seats 25 and Select Course name ‘Graphic Design Demo Course’. Click the ‘Add to cart’ button.

Step 6 : On the Next Cart Screen click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ Button.

Step 7 : Next on the ‘Checkout page’ fill the form. Select Direct bank transfer or Check payments, tick on the ‘terms and conditions’ checkbox and click on ‘Place order’ button

Step 8 : Check your email. Your GRAPHIC ART order has been received.

Step 9 : After receiving your order and payment we will finalize your Group Course order. 

Step 10 : check your email. You will get all confirmations about order Complete, Order Invoice and about your New Group created.

You can find your group thumbnail in a list of Groups also.

Step 11 : Now refresh and check your Welcome Dropdown menu, You will find new menu there – click on ‘Group Management’ 

Step 12 : On the Group Management Page You can manage everything.

  1. Add Our Other Courses in the same group, when available, or You may create a new group for a new course.
  2. Course Link
  3. You can Add Seats
  4. You can add one or multiple students in your group after receiving payment from the student. 
  5. Send them Course Activation / Enrollment keys.

After login, the student can use the enrollment key and activate the course himself. Link for course activation for student – 

  1. Check Students Course Report
  2. Check students Assignments, Progress and Quizzes.
